As of this morning, after 12 days on HcG, I have lost 15.2 pounds!! I'm so excited! My clothes are fitting a little nicer and I made it up to the third floor via stairs without getting too winded. I know it's not an extraordinarily noticeable change to the outside world, but it's given me a lot of confidence. I usually fail diets and the fact that I'm not failing this one is spectacular.
Some of my tips (not that you should necessarily listen to me):
1. Be sure you've checked with your doctor first. They can give you sound advice, especially if they're not the ones selling it to you.
2. Listen to the water thing. Drink at least 2 liters of water. I don't count any water that I drink before I leave for classes and I'm sure to drink 2 liters before I get home.
3. Try some green tea! Pomegranate green tea is a great fruity alternative to always drinking water. (I don't know about other brands, but Arizona's is amazing and comes in instant.)
4. Wiggle! Exercise even a little bit. I run all over campus but I also do a little bit of exercise in the mornings. Every little wiggle helps! :D
5. NEVER let yourself get to the point of starving. Go ahead and eat an apple or something. When you let yourself starve you're more susceptible to cravings, which can derail you. Obviously, I know a lot about that. lol

Wedding planning is nearing completion as well. We are down to mostly the small details like veils and jewelry, and we're still working on the flower girl dresses for my wonderful to-be nieces. We are looking for something Alice in Wonderland-ish but still princessy.
