HcG Information: Exercising with HcG

The one thing I do not approve about the HcG diet is the lack of exercise. You cannot exercise while on this. Ok, it makes perfect sense to me. You're only consuming 500 calories and if you burn off more than that, it can be very dangerous. However, I'm trying to readjust my habits to also include exercise.

I have a WiiFit Plus, but this is not a piece of exercise equipment, but it's a good start. It makes exercising fun! But it won't help you lose a lot of weight fast. The next step up are the exercising dvds and after that it's off to the gym for classes or independent work.

However, if you're like me and plus size, it's a self-esteem blow to go to a gym and be the only one my size there. It's just easier, psychologically, to stay home. So, what are your options at home with the hcg limiting everything?

1. You can do regular walking at a relatively slow pace (no faster than 2 mph).
2. You can also do yoga. Here you are not burning a whole lot of calories at one point but you are stretching and building muscles, which will be better for you in the long run.
3. You are allowed to do 15 minutes of cardio. You should probably, though, do some kind of light weight training beforehand, however, because you don't start really burning fat until after 15 minutes of exercise.
4. Wii Fit. You're really not going to do that much cardio with it, especially if you keep within your 15 minutes.
