First, I do intend to keep this HCG thing up to date as much as possible, but forewarned, I'm doing 19 hours this semester to graduate on time. :D
I upped the day I started the diet to today so that I can be less worried as I'm starting school. Today and tomorrow are all fatty foods along with the first doses. It's harder than I thought! Luckily it's just today and tomorrow. I did have an awesome time picking out vegetables and fruits. I'm looking forward to starting on that.
The options are very limited, only a handful of options for the fruits, meats, and vegetables. I picked out romaine, parsley, tomatoes, green onions (which I can't tell if they're on the allowed list or not), and radishes for my vegetables. Fruits I went crazy because it's so easy to choose fruit. I don't really know what all I'm supposed to tell you with this as none of my followers need this kind of diet at all! lol At least it will involve new recipes! :P
Has anyone else done the HcG or started it or knows someone on it?

what is the HcG exactly?
ReplyDeleteI thought I could tell you but when I sat down to think of it, I really don't know. lol I know it's the same hormone that occurs with pregnancy, but it doesn't make you pregnant.
