We all have them...and we all give them up. I figured, though, I'd share what mine will be and I really do hope to fulfill them this time around. These are my first set in five years! :O
1. HcG Diet
I plan to start the HcG diet on Monday, with the start of my last semester. My goal is to follow the diet as close to the letter as possible. I'm getting married in May and I don't want to look like I do now and I want to feel gorgeous in my dress.
2. Relaxation
I am taking 19 hours this semester, applying for jobs and graduate programs, and planning a wedding. My life is going to be hectic, but I need to find time to stop and relax. If I can get it down now, then when I'm out in the "real world" I should have it figured out.
3. From the inside
I'm really tough on myself and don't feel comfortable in my skin. I need to learn how to accept myself as I am and not improve because I think I'm a failure, but because I want to be a better version of my already ok self.
There are a few more resolutions, but I started to get really specific! It gets a bit long, and these are the main ones. :) I'll keep updated on my HcG experience as well. I'm expecting the stuff to come in sometime this week.
