Yay!! I'm on the last day of the first 26 days of HcG. I'm so happy! The food has been ok up until now, but I'm really ready for some variety. Particularly, cheese. I didn't think I'd miss it as much as I have. Oh, well. Tomorrow is nearly here.
I've topped off at 20 pounds, gaining and losing every other day. I was hoping for more, especially during the last week, but this is good enough for now. Anything less than my previous weight is an improvement and I'm definitely feeling the health benefits.
Tomorrow starts the 1500 calorie per day and I'm really not sure what to do.I have a set routine and now I need to triple my intake? I need to sit down tonight and formulate my game plan. At least I'm not so limited. I can actually mix 2 veggies tomorrow lol. Or I can even have that amazing broccoli and cheese soup waiting for me in the pantry. I still need to eat healthy, but the options are now much more open.
