Egg Recipe: Mama's Deviled Eggs

I have been in such a mood for deviled eggs the past couple of days. I always love it when my mom makes these on holidays, but Easter is too far away! I want to make my own!

Here's the scheme. I know that paprika is the best thing to mix with the eggs, but I'm tired. I want to spice things up! I'm going to add 5 different seasonings and have a colorful collection!

The Spices:
Cayenne
Dry mustard
Fajita seasoning (yes, I'm serious!)

Directions:
1. Boil the eggs for at least 7 minutes. (I never actually get this part right and get that slightly hardened stage between soft and hard boiled eggs.)
2. Cut the eggs in half and scoop the yolks out into a small bowl.
3. Mix with 1 Tbsp. of Miracle Whip (depends on how many eggs you make; I'm doing 8).
4. Add a touch of mustard to taste.
5. Set out the empty halves and fill with the new filling.
6. Sprinkle on your seasonings!

Sidenote: Of these spices, the cayenne was by far my favorite! I would have to say I like it even better than paprika!
